What shipping methods are available?

We ship all orders directly from Spain. Shipping is available via UPS for all destinations.
For Spain mainland and the UK, we also offer the option to ship with the Spanish courier service Correos.

What are your shipping policies?

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this email serves only as a confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed once we send you a confirmation email stating that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Free Shipping From:
– 100€ to Spain mainland
– 110€ to Spain Balearic Islands
– 140€ to Spain Canarias
– 160€ to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden
– 180€ to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovenia
– 230€ to the United Kingdom

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted?

We support credit- and debitcard payments, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we do.
Please note that your items will be shipped only after the transaction has been verified and the payment has been successfully completed.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Yes, it is.
However, it is always included in the total cost, as displayed during checkout.

RETURN

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once the item(s) have been shipped.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please email us at support@soundspeakrecords.com with the subject line: #{YOUR_ORDER_NUMBER} CANCEL
In the email, kindly include details about your order and the reason for the cancellation. This feedback helps us improve and reduce cancellations in the future.
To change an order that has not yet been shipped, follow the same steps as above, but use the subject line: #{YOUR_ORDER_NUMBER} CHANGE
Please note that we can only update the shipping address for an order, not the item(s) themselves. If you wish to order something different, kindly cancel your current order before it is shipped.
